Viktor Jakovleski is a Berlin-based filmmaker born to Macedonian-Yugoslav immigrants and most recently Co-Creator of the medical drama series KRANK Berlin (aka Berlin ER) for AppleTV and ZDFneo. The series started out as being Viktor's idea in 2018 after engaging with and being inspired by real-life Berlin doctors and nurses and their stories and trauma. In 2024 Viktor filmed his fiction feature Rave On about a night in a Berlin techno club which he wrote and directed together with fellow filmmaker Nikias Chryssos. He previously made the visceral non-fiction feature Brimstone & Glory together with Oscar-nominated New Orleans based film collective Court 13 (Beasts of the Southern Wild) about Mexico's fireworks capital Tultepec and was chosen as one of 25 New Faces of Independent Film by Filmmaker Magazine.

Viktor writes and directs and is a Phantom high speed camera operator. His focus and passion is to bring impactful real-life experiences to the big screen (or home cinema/TV) for audiences to immerse themselves in. Viktor is currently developing a new feature film in Berlin.
